4. Fee Proposals and Payment

• All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Fee proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments
